The laminating machine with discontinuous method, is used for the production of PU sandwich panel with facial color steel or galvanize plate. This line includes single or multi layer with the thickness of 50~200mm,and multi working station, their max length:15000mm,the max width:3200mm.
Opening& Closing mold of laminating machine is mainly adopted hydraulic method to drive, 2 layers for adhesive bonding or foaming, another 2 layers of adjustable die plate are used to put parts, take parts out and foaming, and it can alternately carry out with put parts and take part out. Using oil heating with temperature control for laminating machine¡¯s mold plate so that it can ensure the products curing temperature is about 50-90 ℃ adjustable.
